Dr. Rachel Ruppel is a board-certified dermatologist in Canada and the United States. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCP), and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (DABD). Her broad scope of practice includes medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

She received a bachelor of science with honours in Microbiology and Immunology at Dalhousie University, and her medical degree at the University of Ottawa. She then returned home to Toronto to complete a five-year residency training at the University of Toronto. During that time, she received numerous scholarships and awards for research, academic excellence, and community service.

Dr. Ruppel is dedicated to remaining up to date with advances in the field. She has been published in numerous medical journals and is involved with clinical trials. Dr. Ruppel is invested in continuing education, acting as a preceptor for medical students and residents. She also regularly presents on a variety of dermatology topics to family physicians and other healthcare professionals.
